Emergency Broadband Benefit Data Tool
This interactive data tool shows 2021 Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program enrollment statistics by county and state. The purpose of the EBB Program was to assist low-income households with paying for broadband services and devices such as computers and tablets. After less than a year of operation, the EBB Program ended and was replaced by the Affordable Connectivity Program.
